| Bill Rouch Marketing, the parent company of Ham4Less.com, was formed in 1974 by Bill and Lynne Rouch. Fighting a lifelong battle with diabetes, which eventually took his eyesight, Bill investigated obtaining a guide dog from Guide Dogs for the Blind. In 2002, Bill acquired Heldy, his $58,000.00 girlfriend, and did his life change! |

| Hearing about ham radio and HandiHams, Bill and Heldy attended the West Coast camp. They were schooled in ham radio, and Bill obtained his Technician and Code licenses (N6HBO). Three months later, Bill qualified for his General Class license on Field Day in Paso Robles, California. In 2006, Bill obtained his Extra Class license while attending the West Coast Handiham camp. |

| Seeing a niche in the market, Bill acquired several lines of amateur radio equipment and accessories, and started HamNeeds.com. He continues to obtain new lines which are priced competitively. A shipping department is maintained to provide a daily packing and mailing schedule. |
